If you are considering a refund, please read this policy carefully to understand our eligibility criteria and process. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness for all our customers while protecting the integrity of our digital products and partners.
1. Authorization Requirement
Refunds are only processed after approval from the respective product creator or developer.
Since SuperKeys.net operates as a reseller and distributor of digital license keys, all refund decisions must comply with the policies established by the original product creators.
However, if a refund request is related to a technical incompatibility or activation failure that was not clearly mentioned on the product page, SuperKeys.net may independently review and process the refund.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
- Digital Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are only eligible if the license key has not been activated, used, or redeemed.
- Technical Issues: If a purchased key or product experiences a technical problem not disclosed before purchase (such as invalid key, server-side issue, or OS incompatibility), a refund may be granted within 14 days after verification.
3. Payment Method Restrictions
- Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Refunds may take 2–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds via PayPal typically complete within 72 hours once approved.
- Crypto Payments (Coinbase Commerce or Others): Due to blockchain processing, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable unless there is a verified product malfunction or unfulfilled delivery.
- Gift Cards or Prepaid Cards: These payment methods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Used or Activated Keys: Once a product key or license is activated, we cannot revoke access or reissue value.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
- Bank/PayPal Disputes: If a dispute or chargeback has been opened with your payment provider, SuperKeys.net cannot issue a duplicate refund.
- HWID Lock or Ban Issues: Some products are bound to a unique hardware ID (HWID). If access is lost due to device changes, resale, or sharing, refunds will not be provided.
- Third-Party Interference: If a product fails to operate due to interference from antivirus, firewall, or third-party security tools, refunds are not granted unless the issue persists after disabling such programs temporarily.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team and include:
- Your Order Number
- The Reason for your refund request
- Any proof or screenshots (such as activation errors or payment confirmation)
Each request is reviewed manually. You will receive a response within 24–48 hours.
